Quality of TheResumeCenter

Although the prices of their services are fair, we would definitely like this writing service to re-examine their standard writers who have been supposedly trained to James Innes’ standards because the standard of the resume we received was very low and disappointing.

We paid for a “standard writer” resume and we had such high expectations but what we received was really not worth it. It was too obvious that the writer just pasted the details we provided to a resume template. We couldn’t even find any evidence of ATS and keyword optimization of the resume. We had to keep asking for revisions until the fourth revision.

Apart from the fact that the resume we received the first time was scantily written and we had to ask for four revisions before it was presentable. We feel that does not cater to their customers well. They have no customer support and means for customers to ask questions apart from their FAQ page which isn’t very detailed. They also have no customer loyalty and discount programs like many online resume writing websites. The only great thing about this service is that it was founded by James Innes and you can order a resume written by James Innes (which is very expensive).
